This new intensive program is designed to acquaint participants in-depth with Spiral Dynamics in its original form and the emergent cyclical theory of Dr. Clare W. Graves upon which it is built. The program touches on the history of SD, research behind it, relationships with other approaches, and the strengths and weakness of the point of view. The course is rich in content, yet allows students the opportunity to assimilate theory into practice. Those who successfully complete certification are eligible to join the International Spiral Dynamics Organization and to be listed on the new website, to use assessments (which are not available to those who have not taken background training), and to collaborate in various projects and events.
